BCA Releases 'Most-Wanted' Playing Cards

The Brandermill Community Association has released a deck of playing cards that includes the names and photos of the most-wanted HOA covenant violators.

Taking a queue from the U.S. Defence Intelligence Agency, which developed a set of playing cards in 2003 to help troops identify the most-wanted members of Saddam Hussein's government, the BCA worked with a graphic design firm to create a set of playing cards to assist HOA compliance officers in identifying the most-wanted violators of the neighborhood covenants. The cards include a photo of each violator, along with their name, nickname, and last reported location.

The most notorious violator, depicted on the ace of spades, is Timmy Moldgrowth, code name "Dirty Mailbox," who, despite receiving multiple notices from the BCA, failed to clean the mildew from his mailbox, vinyl siding, and roof.

"We hope this deck of cards will help bring these violators to justice," a spokesperson for the BCA told us on Thursday. "Our compliance officers have each been issued a deck and asked to familiarize themselves with the names and faces. We think residents will sleep a little sounder at night once these violators are off the streets."

If residents wish to purchase a deck of cards for their own use, they can send a check or money order payable to the BCA in the amount of $19.99. Residents must be in good standing with the association. Be sure to write "Justice" in the memo line.
